Do you think they are modifying the weather?

I know they modify the weather some because it's been in the books for half a century but is all of this extreme rain a new level of weather modification? I've been alive for 47 years and can't ever remember a stretch of years where we've had this level of rainfall like we've had the last two. Sure, we always get storms but it's the amount of rain that's falling that I've taken notice of. When we get rain, it's not just the all day drizzle for a couple of days in a row but instead it's downpours almost every time. The mountains of North Carolina flooded. Now the land bordering a desert is flooding. Do you think this is the result of actual weather modification or do you think this is just a natural cycle?

It's called nature. There is no rhyme or reason to it. Nobody can predict what it will do

What extreme rain? What happened in the Texas Hill Country has happened before. Multiple times.

Man, it seems like it rains in North Mississippi at least 3 days a week and it's been a ridiculous amount of water every time. I'm just asking the question and looking for discussion.

it's almost like the climate is changing, huh?

The mysterious "They" again.

Now, climate change is a natural cycle. Climates change, that's what they've been doing in the entire history of this planet. Did you know that Mississippi used to be under seawater? Did you know that in the 1700s there was a year without a summer?

The U.S. government, dumbass. They do weather modification and if you didn't know that, you're just ill informed. There are laws on the books regarding it and some restricting it. I'm not being mysterious. I'm naming them outright.

yeah, I know... that's why I said it

nope but that explains a lot...

man, that'd be nice...

You’ll have a better and more intellectual discussion if you don’t start it off with a retarded premise.

They are doing cloud seeding in some states. The had a guy on the Sean Ryan Show Podcast couple of weeks back that does it.
He explained how he does it and where and for what reasons.

Cloud seeding is 100% real. I dont know anything about it except I know it goes on.

What morons keep downvoting this?
Cloud seeding is a documented thing

Texas admits to doing it as well:

Everything in the article you linked says there is limited evidence as to the effectiveness of cloud seeding. In other words, they’re not 100% sure that it actually works.
