No,it energizes me to work out, stay healthy so I can watch my 3 yr old granddaughter and 1 year old grandson go through the various stages of their lives.It's on my bucket list to see both graduate from college.

I've been a grandparent 4 years now and still dont feel old.

I’m a grandparent (53) yes that plus the gray hair and aching joints makes me feel old Seems like yesterday I was playing court basketball ( played into my mid 40’s knees went bad on me) and on weekends going out with my friends playing pool , darts ,girls etc I could lie but being old sucks I can’t do have the shite I used too (sigh)

Well I'm still trying to have a child at 41.
So if that ever happens...by the time a grandchild came along...I'll be at the youngest in my 60s.
So I'll already feel pretty old.

Nah..being a grandparent is awesome.. I don't feel any older than I did before, but the one thing that did hit me that I thought was funny. I'm now married to a grandmother..
