Do you think AEW Dynamite will beat WWE Monday Night Raw at any point in the ratings?

Time to go on the record.

AEW Dynamite debuts on Wednesday.

Despite them claiming over and over they "aren't in competition", AEW clearly has little brother syndrome and is definitely in competition with WWE.

Do you think Dynamite will beat RAW in the ratings at any point? Or will they be a permanent #2.

I for one do not see it happening. AEW would have to bring in a huge name for it to happen and I don't think they will. I am talking about a major WWE uppercarder.

No, Neville, Dean Ambrose, and Tye Dillinger are not big names.

How long do you think it will take?

Do you see it happening next week?

If not, what do you think will have to happen for your prediction to come true? Even if its just a one week victory?

No, and I figure some big scandal will rock them at some point.

Vince got a whiff of some competition and his ratings slipping and quickly installed Paul Heyman to write Raw.. and Eric Bischoff to write smackdown and it’s been awesome lately. I don’t know AEW needs to try and beat NXT head to head on Wednesday’s first then go from there. I don’t think they will ultimately I don’t see it

AEW is all about the performances.

They’ve got guys who can flat work.

And how’s it LBS when WWE is trying to compete with them on Wednesday’s?

They’ve already got a former D-1 linebacker in their women’s division.

Yes.

So is the WWE Who says the same shite yet every move they've made recently says otherwise.

You are high

AEW will compete with Raw because of what they bring to the table, better writing. And before you get mad, ppl used to say every week that The Firefly Funhouse and the 24/7 jobber title are the best things on Raw. Think about it, the NON WRESTLING segments on a wrestling show are the best parts. I rest my case.

Maybe the first week, but WWE is so ingrained with the culture they will always win out. And I can't stand WWE anymore and I hope AEW is successful.

Dude I'm going to the first show and I don't think they'll beat Raw in the ratings anytime soon, at least not on a consistent basis. Five years down the road who knows but definitely not immediately.

No.

WWE has the main stream audience when it hits fox.

AEW has the nerdy fans(not really an insult, just true) like NXT who like technical skill over the show.

WWE has the show, the name brand, etc. They won't lose out to AEW unless AEW does major promotions and knocks it out of the park for at least a year straight.

Add in with these new TV deals, WWE has upped it's game quite a bit. The shows lately have actually been fun to watch. Still not the attitude era of course, but it's better than it had been.
