re: Do you still sit on the floor?

I thought this was going to be a walk the dinosaur thread.

We have hardwood floors so it isn’t very comfortable. Maybe if we had carpet. And no couches.

Haha! Our backyard hoop is set at 8’ for the kiddo. I’m getting pretty good; you’re going down.

I used to sit on the floor with my back on the couch when I lived in an apartment with carpet floors

If I do it usually leads to a nap on the floor shortly thereafter.

I sit in the floor to play with my kids or the dog.

All the time. Sometimes I will lean against the hearth area. Funny thing is we have a massive couch.

Most of the OT is too fat to sit on the floor; they can't get up.

I wish I did more, it's much better for your flexibility and posture. Sitting in a chair is probably the worst thing we do as far as our flexibility and posture, and most people do it the majority of the day. Sad.

So many fat fricks nowadays can't even sit idian style.

Why do you think most Asians are so flexible? Many sit on the ground or in the "Asian squat" position instead of chairs.
