Do you spend more time per day outdoors than a prison inmate?

The average prison inmates gets 1-2 hours a day outdoors. Are you getting more than this? If not why?

Depends on the season. I’m not going outside in 100 degrees or 15 degrees but if when it’s between 50-75 I’m outside a shite ton.

Im not, But mostly by choice. I work all day inside, go directly to gym, then go directly home. Rinse and repeat.

I work inside but I probably spend an hour outside even during the week. Way more on the weekends. I generally try to avoid it much June through Sept after about 10am though.

This isn’t accurate, at least not in Louisiana. Inmates in the local parish prisons rarely go outside. I haven’t seen an inmate in the yards of EBRPP in years.

Depends on the day, but on workdays as a technician I will spend probably 5 or so hours out of an 11 hour shift strictly outdoors. Ten or more on off days when I'm working on the farm.

I try to spend as much time as possible outside. Seriously, growing up, during summers are during the holidays I would stay outside a lot, no matter the type of weather.
On my mom's side, I have a lot of cousins who were either born the same year as me or within 2 years before or after and we used to go over there on Sundays. She didn't like a bunch of kids in her house so it could be freezing and rainy and we would play outside until our parents called us when it was time to go home.. So I can't stay inside for long periods of time. When I do, they day doesn't feel right.

I’m outside 2 hours checking gauges. 15 minutes every hour, then I play solitary.
