No. One of the worst habits a person can have.

Only when I’m alone, I’ll set a timer

When I was younger, single and lived alone I always fell asleep with the TV on. Now it has to be pitch black with a box fan rolling. If the power goes out in the middle of the night and that fan stops I instantly wake up.

I usually sleep with it on. Helps me fall asleep faster.
The accents from Game of Thrones will usually do the trick. Plus I've seen it so I don't fight to stay awake to finish it
If I'm really tired, it doesn't matter. I have a hard time falling asleep sometimes, but I can sleep anywhere that isn't hot

The wife and I do not have and have never had a TV in the bedroom. Makes for a better sex life.

We set the timer for 90 mins. Wife's ears ring from tinnitus if it's dead silent and keeps her up. I've gotten used to the TV on as I fall asleep so it's no big deal. She puts it on ID so I dream about people being murdered at night. Lol

The TV keeps the sleep demons away, it is science

If a light sleeper sleeps with a light on, what does a hard sleeper sleep with?
Posted on 7/2/24 at 2:32 pm to dyslexiateechur
I don't have one in my room.

I won't even allow a TV in the room.
The bedroom is for 2 things.
