What's the deal with guys using the short urinal in public restrooms when they're for young kids?
I have lost count how many times my kid has gone to the bathroom, only to have to wait for a guy to finish at a short urinal, when there were plenty of other urinals available.
I guess some guys just have a beta mentality and don't want to use the adult urinals.

I never understood how this helps anyone in a wheel chair. Do they piss from a sitting position?
