Do you put a napkin in your lap every meal?

I am talking about in situations like you are at home by yourself, eating lunch, or just sitting at a fast food restaurant.
Guys at work last night were ribbing me about putting down a napkin on lunchroom table, under my plate, putting a napkin in my lap, and having a napkin on the table.
The napkin under my plate is something I only do at work for some reason. As for having a napkin in my lap and one on the table, it just feels funny not having one when sitting down to eat.

Not when I'm at home. I'm single and live alone so once the door closes, I'm sort of a slob. Was eating a peanut butter sandwich, nude, on my couch the other day and looked down and noticed a couple bread crumbs in my pubes. Just brushed them out on the floor.

Yes. I like how my butler will have it nicely folded and placed back on my chair when I return, if I get up in the middle of dinner to go pee.

If I'm at a sit down restaurant, or nice family meal I will use the napkin on my lap and only then.
At home I am on the chair and tray table or outside on patio I just keep it next to me. Same at work.

I tuck mine into the top of my shirt. But only if at a really nice restaurant like Golden Corral.

No. I leave mine on the table. If I leave it on my lap I'll get up to go to the bathroom or something I'll forget its on my lap and then next thing you know its on the floor.
