Y'all lay off of OP...he has a valid point. It is likely against health code to have grass on your shoes in the McDonalds kitchen.

Trust me, there's nothing they'd like more than to be thin enough to "follow the dress code". I'm guessing that if they showed up in tailored slacks with suspenders and expensive orthopedic shoes, you'd bitch about them dressing that way as well.

Elastic waistbands, sneakers, and untucked oversized shirts are not considered business casual.


If you'd let them work from home, you wouldn't be burdened by their appearance.
