Do you live in an area in which you're closer to another state's capital than your own?

Looks like every state, except AK, HI and RI has at least some area that is actually closer to another state's capital.
Some places have up to 8 state's capitals closer than their own.

I’m closer to Little Rock and Jackson than I am to Nashville.

I'm probably very close the the distances from my location to Austin and Little Rock. Going to see how different

ETA:
Location to LR 232 miles
Location to Austin 265 miles

Hmm. That map isn't accurate. I'm shown in the NETx area that could be yellow/pink basically. Jackson and OKC aren't closer than Austin from those points.

The far western tip of Virginia should probably be part of Kentucky or Tennessee in reality. End Virginia at Roanoke/Blacksburg

I live on the MS Gulf Coast.
I’m closer to Baton Rouge than Jackson

It’s perfect for me.
I actually go to Baton Rouge.
I’ve only been to Jackson once to take my real Estate exam.
The drive was horrible.

<——Did a map once about in-state areas closer to another state’s flagship university…

Note: UL, A&M, and MSU did not make the list as flagships…..

I didn’t tally how many different overlaps there were as I had another reason to produce the map.

There are several questions like this posed on this forum. If one puts them all together, one could dox someone pretty easily.
