But it's pretty clear he did have knowledge and feigned the ignorance to get to the REAL discussion he wanted to have (About due process rights of illegals).

That was, as they say, the point.

Yep. He had to know that white men are the only people that don’t have rights in America

That is quite the jump to a conclusion.

Not if you follow his posts.

However, I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt that it doesn't take him and his twin to post in the 130 IQ thread.

What is destructive???
1. They are here illegally.
2. He walks them through the process to become abtax paying legal US citizen.

I did. No conclusions drawn due to obvious curiosity shown.

I have a cousin who is an immigration lawyer. The naturalization process is complicated and it’s not uncommon for someone to hire a lawyer to assist.

She also helps families who are adopting children outside of the US (she and her sister were adopted from Korea).

I would say it is necessary to have a lawyer. The investment is large and one mistake can cost them that investment

Brody is a schnauzer mix. He fields pretty well, but cannot hit for anything. ??

I know several.
I know one older lawyer who is semi retired. He told me that he has started handing immigration cases because they are so easy.

The legal system for immigration is actually pretty complicated and isn't just "in or out." I’ve seen people get caught up in it just for minor paperwork errors.

I worked with Green Evans-Schroeder for a family case and they were very professional about the whole process. There are a lot of constitutional rights involved that people don't always realize.

I'm an immigration attorney in Houston, TX. We not only defend people who have charges against them, but we help people bring employees and family members here legally. I was a corporate attorney for over 10 years, saw a market with the thousands coming across the border, and changed careers. Capitalism.

The profession completely changed last year. The Constitution means nothing in this area of law. There is irrational fear throughout the country because a small group in this administration actively promote it. And those that get so pissed off about illegal immigrants are usually the ones defending the Constitution so vehemently in other areas of their life (think second amendment) while due process, illegal search and seizure and cruel and unusual punishment are happening to thousands people of a different skin color then theirs. They are too dumb to realize their own hypocrisy.

But to welcome any type of intellectual debate, ask me anything, I'll be happy to answer.

Yes, I know two. One deals only with high level employees, models and entertainers. The other deals with low income illegals.
