My dearest friend is a Jew. It’s the only race we can still say that. It sounds derogatory but it’s not. “She’s a Jew.” Of course that’s not how I relate to her or introduce her. But by blood she is Jewish.

She’s loud, doesn’t mind causing a scene, and will not buy anything at full price. All of this despite being wealthy. Stereotypes generally hold true.

She’s also unbelievably kind and gives much more than she takes.

I have two other close friends that are Jewish. And I only have like 10 friends. So I know their families.

So to answer your question, a Jewish girl gave me my first blow job in the woods behind the neighborhood pool. So frick Palestine.

What if a Palestinian girl had given you your first Beej?

Didn’t run into many in LA. Moved away out of state and my boss was Jewish. He was cool about everything, but I definitely used the “are you doing anything for Christmas” vs. “holidays”. He smelled weird too.

This is a rhetorical question, right?

Just remembered , that since i am related to/descended from the pirate Jean Lafitte (true story) , and some historical records say that he was part Jewish, i am theoretically part Jew.. so i guess you could say im “Jew-ish.”

I am thinking of converting. Jews still believe in being Jewish. A lot of denominations seem to have lost that… when the chips are down.

Lots of Jewish people in New Orleans area.

Definitely not ‘barely represented’ here.

One of our best friends lived in Metarie and was Jewish. He was a Korean War vet (had had several planes shot out from under him and scars from the close calls.)

Talking to him one day, he talked about college before that war. He had gone home with a roommate to an aunt's home that had barely been wired since electricity came into that part of the county. So He and his friend rewired the house that weekend, added plugs, ceiling lights, etc. and weren't even tired come Monday morning. And we all laughed at the thought of doing that much at our ages then.

“Jew” is a funny word, Because- It is. Because “Jew” is the only word That is the polite thing to call a group of people And the slur for the same group. Most groups have a good and a bad- Theirs, the same word, Just with a little stank on it, And it becomes a terrible thing to call a person. - Louis CK

Why wouldn’t it be? Jews are visible nationally but not locally in many places, given how few there are. People are curious.

I have some Jewish friends. They’re exactly like every other person I know that I don’t identify by their sect or religion.

My Jewish friend and I go back and forth with terrible jokes about stereotypes.

Like this one…

What do Christian kids get beat with?

A Bible Belt.

What do Jewish kids get beat with?

An Auschwitz
