Not really a specific addiction but you have a tendency to become addicted to something to the point of it being a problem.
Anything from nicotine, alcohol, sex, gambling, gaming. The possibilities are endless.

I’ve heard of people who can “recreationally” smoke for example and then not touch a nicotine stick for weeks after.

Probably if such a thing exists. I am addicted to things, not sure how much I buy that my personality plays into or not (more than other people) but maybe

They aren't addicted it it. Doesn't mean they're immune from nicotine addiction, they just haven't developed it as it stands currently.

Yea but I’m a lot better at focusing it on productive things now like learning and hobbies.

All of them

I struggled for many years while maintaining a life and professional career.

My mom died a while back and due to all the stress/anxiety it caused my Dr put me on Wellbutrin, it was like a freaking miracle.

All my addictive tendencies went away - I stopped drinking, and have nearly stopped dipping.

Very much so.

Nicotine is the worst of them for me.
I have quit for years at a time. But have fallen back into it.

I don't and for all my faults, and am thankful for this one trait. I have never been a dependent drinker, and only drink one or two days a week and its usually just one or two drinks and I am content. I smoked for about 10 years in my teens/20's and quit without much issue. The smell of cigarette smoke is repulsive to me now. Have tried a few recreational drugs a few times (nothing hard) and no desire to do again. Never enjoyed gambling, had fun, but doesn't excite me.

Closest thing I can say is coffee. I love coffee and drink it all day. I have a $1,200 coffee maker at home and its worth every penny to me. I recently decided that I needed to cut back as I think its really starting to effect my sleep. Don't know why as my consumption has remained constant for years, but something has to give.

I would say energy drinks if anything. I drink multiple ones a day.

Definitely more so than most.

In the past mostly alcohol, sex and tobacco. Now it's mainly towards my hobbies. Sometimes I get fixated on something and go hog wild and spend money on it in large spurts.

Thankfully my current wife is somewhat helpful in keeping me in check. Also, I'm glad I never got into hard drugs...my career in the Army helped in that respect.

Yes, very much so. One of the reasons I've never tried drugs and don't really gamble.

Nicotine is tops, followed by beer.

In the past I've been addicted to bourbon, cigars, watches/watch accessories, guns, boat accessories, fishing rods and reels, vehicle shopping.

When I get into something, I am all in.

I feel that might be more normal than you think though. People find something they enjoy and become fixated/engrossed in it..... because, well, it's something they enjoy. Part of the human experience I guess.
