I have a few fragmentary memories that I can't place. One of looking up at an airplane, another of being at the doctor and getting a shot. The first clear memory that I can put a date on is moving into our new house a month or two before I turned 4. I have quite a few memories after that though. Following some dogs into the woods and getting lost, my sister being born. My mother and I going somewhere on a cold morning and the car wouldn't start. My dad came out in his bathrobe, did something under the hood and it started.

Going to New Orleans with my Dad to watch LSU play in the Winn Dixie Showdown at the Superdome. Opponent was maroon but that’s all I remembered at the time. Ended up being Mississippi State in March of 1996, so I was 2.

My uncle says he remembers being born.

He also did a lot of drugs during and after college, drove a Saab, and played an autoharp.

I had to have been 3 at the absolute latest because I remember my much-older cousin riding next to me in my mom's van. He was killed when I was 3.

I have a couple memories of being with my dad before I was 2 years old. He was killed when I was about 2.5.

One being at sea world and feeding sea lions together. Hanging sardines over the side and they would jump up and grab them.
Another one was hiding under the bed to surprise him when he was getting home from work in the afternoon.

I have a memory from infancy that parents validated as being correct. I told them about what I remembered and they said I was correct but there is no way I should have known/remembered it.

I was in a crib, described the mobile hanging above me and could recall the location in relation to my crib of my father's office in the back of a florist shop that he owned. I also remembered the shotgun that was propped in the corner.

Not sure my age at the time but I was young enough to be in a crib.

Playing with Lego's on my grandparents floor and looking at my grandfather in his recliner hooked up to an oxygen machine. He passed when I was four.

When my family first moved to Savannah, we rented a house next to a woman who drove a school bus for the district. I vividly recall riding on her bus several times up and down the street.

That was 49 years ago; I was 3.

I think it’s my sister’s 1st birthday where she had a Barbie cake in a dress. I was 3. It’s my only memory of an aunt before she divorced my uncle.

I have two and I don't know which one was actually the earliest. One is laying on the floor in the living room and looking up at the family dog "Jo" standing beside me, and thinking "what if Jo was my mom?"

The other was me in a detachable back seat on my mom's bike with little baskets where my feet went and I remember pumping my feet up & down pretending I was pedaling the bike. My mom had just got the seat and I actually have a pic of that very day, just before we took off for a ride.
