Yes. I woke up in the middle of one night with my parents screaming and hearing my father drive away. We left Mississippi for Georgia the next day. Thanks for this thread.

I remember the entrance to our neighborhood in Bossier City, and my parents said I was 2 when we moved from there to Shreveport. I also remember being in the Dr office after having my tonsils removed, I must have been 2 or 3.

I remember things being freaking perfect then the chick I was with ate an apple and it all went to hell.

Seriously, I have a bad one from around 4 years old. My dad being called over to my aunt's house two doors down to try and save my three year old cousin who fell into the pool with no one around. She did not make it.

I remember when Reagan was shot. Of course it had wall-to-wall coverage and they were showing the video over and over. I remember asking my mother (no pics) “Why do they keep shooting at that man?”

Another early memory around that same time was going to a portrait studio and have a family picture taken.

Same! This might actually be my earliest memory. I guess they had me on an IV because I remember a tweety bird band-aid. Either that or they just put the band-aid on me for toddler entertainment purposes. I was 2 for that.

Yes I was just over 3 years old it was early December (my birthday is in November). My parents were separated not divorced and my dad came over, beat the shot out of my mom and threw our pathetic Christmas tree out a window of the house.

It snowed around here back when I was 4 maybe 5 years old. Remember getting dropped in the snow and I thought I was going to suffocate in 1 to 2 inches of snow.

Your earliest memory is at 4 years old?

I think it's much earlier for most people.

I remember shitting in the bathtub while taking a bath with my cousin at my aunt and uncles house. This was when they lived in El Paso so I must’ve been either 2 or 3. I feel like I remember my aunt flipping out way too much over that turd.

You haven't truly lived if you've never shat in a bathtub in El Paso.

I remember my dad shooting bottle rockets in the yard while I sat on the steps. I pointed to the sky and said, “Stars!”, and my mother was happy and said, “that’s right! Stars!” We moved away from that house into town when I was two. My earliest memory.

Same here. I remember the sound and feeling of my head being rinsed under the water. That's the only part I remember.

Yeah, but I know it's not real. It's based on a picture of when my parents and I lived in married student housing while my dad finished his degree at LSU. I know it's not real because I wasn't even 2. I think my memory from our rental house after dad graduated might be real but I was maybe 3 so not positive.

I had a granduncle who drove a milk route for Borden's. This was back when people still got milk and other dairy products delivered to their home. He drove his milk truck home every night. I thought he had the coolest job in the world. I was about 2, maybe 3 years old.
