My office is downtown and I cross over 4 blocks before I get to my street. The lights are synchronized so when the first block turns green, you want to go to make it through all 4. Otherwise you’re stuck for a long time because the cross streets at each block are the busier ones.

It never fails I’m behind someone elderly, trashy/hood, or a combo of both.. and they STOP at each green light as if it is a stop sign.

I don’t even understand why these people are downtown in that area in the first place. It isn’t even by the courthouse.

Nope. Not at all. It’s a sample size issue. The older I get, the easier it gets to accept the realities of human behavior.

I allow myself to get angry about football and traffic. It is cathartic.

My wife gets an amazon package in,

Emptys cardboard box of item,

Proceeds to put other tidbits of trash and refuse in the box and places outside in the trash bin,

Rain falls, the box gets wet,

I pickup box on trash day and it falls to pieces,

And so do I.

Couple of weeks ago a guy was kind of tailgating me through town. I turned left and he happened to follow (coincidence I’m pretty sure) I slowed down to turn left into a parking lot and as I’m turning he passes me on the left. He has to stop at a stop sign ahead of me so I floor it and roll right up on his arse, slam it in park and get out of my car (to do what I don’t know). He sees me in the rear view mirror and speeds off.

I got back in the car and felt like an idiot even though my anger was entirely justified.

I’m working on it.

In your post, the only reason it's irrational is because you can't do shite about that particular situation. However, it is dumb as frick to not have your lights on when it's foggy....or visibility is less than 500 feet.

Whenever I turn a corner too quickly and end up slamming my shoulder into the wall or door. It’s a miracle I haven’t punched a hole in a few walls.

Road rage, a couple weeks ago I was turning left a light. This was at a two lane turn, so I am in the far lane and this guy in a big jacked up truck with a smoke stack is in the lane next to me. When we turn on the arrow he proceeds to cut me off and almost run me off the road. Then he slams on the gas and a big plume of black smoke covers my car. I was so pissed I wanted to shoot the guy. And I know he knew I was there because I was at the light before him and he pulled up next to me.

I get pissed at slow drivers, more so in BR. I just don't understand how people drive like they have nowhere to go.

Why? Are you really in that big of a hurry? I laugh daily at people riding people's arse, weaving in an out of traffic etc only to pull up to a red light a few cars in front of me. How much time do you actually think you shave off your time driving like a bat out of hell on city streets? A minute?
