Do you get irrationally angry over things that you probably shouldn't?

Example: I live in a very rural area. On my way to work this morning it was very foggy out. I met multiple people on two lane state highways without their headlights on. This means I didn't even see them until they were almost upon me. I just dwelt on how dangerous this was. By the time I got to work, I was very angry over this. It has basically ruined my morning. I know that I should just blow it off and move on, but the older I get, the more I find this impossible to do.

Pretty much on a daily basis, mostly with people that drive 5 mph under the speed limit

Yes, just because I left an appropriate amount of room between my car and the car in front of me doesn't mean I want you to slide in there without a signal and make me have to hit my breaks. It shouldn't bother me so much but it does.

Yes, I'm getting better at letting ppl just spew their religious beliefs in my ear.

At one point I couldn't let it go, but getting better.

Yep, when I drive to work I think about all the ways I was wronged through the years. Then I get angry. What a great way to start the day!!! Full of anger and resentment. The day is already set for failure before it even begins.

I need to stop doing this.

I get irrationally angry at people who leave their brights on. I do it, but driving in the dark ins't my favorite thing to do, but when I am on a curvy road or something and a vehicle turns a curve all of a sudden and they leave their brights on I get pissed..

Also, I get pissed when lazy arse people either leave or dump their trash for other people to have to deal with.. Or just throw stuff out of their car window. Or people in a boat who is too fricking lazy to simply get a trash bag, put their trash in the bag then put it in the garbage when they are finished, they just throw shite in the water.

I get pissed at slow drivers, more so in BR. I just don't understand how people drive like they have nowhere to go.

You have to find a way to redirect yourself...
I say out loud, “Is it really a bad day, or just a bad 5 minutes that I’m gonna milk all day?”

I get pissed as hell over really stupid stuff too, but letting it ruin your day almost ensures you’re gonna ruin someone else’s.

I hope you have a better rest of your Friday

People who get to the counter at a restaurant to order with no fricking clue what they want despite sitting in line for 10 minutes prior to their turn. It's even more infuriating at a fast food restaurant where (a) EVERYONE knows what's on the menu and (b) most of the shite is numbered in an effort to make it retard proof (both customer and employee)

No, it's ok. I'm happy to wait another 10 minutes behind your worthless arse until you get answers to your ridiculous questions and figure out what you want. I'm sure your facebook page you were staring at for the 10 minutes you were in line was far more important than actually deciding beforehand what you wanted to eat
