After a week or two of hunting in the cold I usually have to use that Okeef's working hand stuff. They'll go to cracking open from the windburn and such.

I'm now 73 and for the past few years I've noticed my skin is way dryer than it was when a younger man, and that is a normal occurrence.
Sometimes my skin, especially on my face, gets so dry it actually starts flaking so after I shower I will apply a little lotion on my face to help moisturize the skin to help with this issue and it works.

You know, I've tried all sorts of moisturizers. I even went fragrance-free for a whole year. Now my sister, she uses some kind of aloe vera with a little sunscreen in it, and ideally, we should all wear gloves when going to bed, but I found out that that creates a kind of an interference with my social agenda, if you know what I mean.

I've got this tallow beezwax stuff I put on my face that's really helped with dry skin. This time of year I will use lotion a few times a week on the arms and legs so I don't get to dry.

LA is a blue collar state. People work in the fields, offshore, etc. Our hobbies are outdoors hunting and fishing. We work and play where it’s hot, humid, sunny. Throwing on something to avoid sunburn and chafing is normal, but a guy can’t get some quality recs on a daily skincare regimen to stay healthy. Sad times.

Aquaphor. If you are out in the cold/wind, it works for your face. Plastic surgeons recommend it for wound/skin repair. I've never heard of a man moisturizing his legs.
