If my family didn't eat leftovers, there are nights they wouldn't eat, ha!

Most definitely however sometimes I forget about them if there’s a lot of good things happening on the weekends. I tell my wife it’s not a commitment, it’s an option.

Sometimes things like grilled chicken or pork chops can get tough when re-warmed.
As a kid I was real acquainted with ketchup and BBQ sauce for when my Mom's already overcooked chicken became shoe leather a few days later.

If you don’t eat leftovers, why not?
most of the meals we cook, absolutely. typically its what I bring for lunch the next day.
but there are some foods that just don't seem to reheat very well.

Know someone who refuses to eat leftovers.
I love certain foods leftover. I’ll cook a flank steak in a Gorgonzola sauce on my cast iron and intentionally buy an extra lb just to let it sit in the fridge in the sauce overnight and leftover it’s one of my favorite meals

Hell yes we do. Usually cook enough to last a few nights so I'm only cooking a couple of times a week. My wife never really ate leftovers until her and I got together. I do 95% of the cooking so I told her she had to get used to having leftovers.

I’ll eat leftovers of certain foods, but not just anything. It’s really just a matter of wanting variety instead of eating the same thing in back-to-back days.
I grill a lot of meals and it’s just not the same after leftovers are chilled and reheated.
Gumbo, jambalaya, meatloaf . . . I’ll eat leftovers until their gone!
Thankfully the wife takes leftovers to work for lunch.

I'm a conservative, I only eat rightovers

I intentionally meal prep in order to have leftovers
Usually cook rice/potatoes as well as some sort of proteins then have some veggies on standby. Do it Sunday/Mondays and later in week again
I will only eat "leftovers" for 2 days after original day. The texture goes far too off for me

when they were in their mid/late teens, it was an absolute miracle if there was ever any food lying around the house.
half of it got eaten on the way from the car to the pantry/fridge.

My almost 87 year old mother doesn’t like leftovers so the last few years I’ve cut way back on cooking.
When I lived alone in the middle of the woods I would make a mix of refried beans and Spanish rice and seasoned ground beef that would last about 4 days as burritos or quesadillas or tacos.
Used to make a crock pot of beef and beans of 4 types that would last about 4 days too.

Absolutely, unless it's something that's tricky to reheat properly.. Alfredo/Cream sauce dishes come to mind...

Meal prep my lunches every week and also meal prep intending to have leftovers.
3 kids in after school activities, we cook Sunday and have stuff that's easy to heat up when we get home after practices. We will typically cook 2 different things for variety.
