We have turned our backs on the Good Lord and the Good Book. God is going to rain hellfire and brimstone on this nation soon. I blame Boomers and Millennials. Gen Xers are the only ones doing the Lord's work these days.

I've had to learn a lot of languages.
I learned to say the end of the world is nigh in the dialect used in the blicking homilies.
It was something like
THISES MIDDENYEARDE'S NEACH IS.

When I was in the 8th grade some preacher said he'd figured it out and it would be Tuesday at 11 am. A radio guy.picked it up and it went national. We were changing classes at that time and were in the stairwell, going down to shop and home ec. All hooting and hollering. Nobody died.
