Well, anytime someone asks if I would like a cup of coffee I take off my shirt and start dancing the macarena. So, no, I don't believe in hypnosis.

I believe in it about as much as I believe in Benny Hinn performing miracles. Nope don't believe in it.

Personal experience - not faking, it's real.

I volunteered to be hypnotized on stage by a comedian named Anthony Cools. Dude had me fricking a chair on stage. It is real.

Let's be honest. Did you really need "to be hypnotized" to do this?

No. But I wouldn't have done it in front of a crowd of people if I wasn't hypnotized.

Yep, it's real but not like what movies and TV portray it. The hypnotists consider themselves to be a "guide" and can't force you to do anything. They help get you into an inductive state where you are open to suggestion. Can help with a variety of psychological issues like gag reflex, bashful bladder, post traumatic injury recovery, etc.

Personally I believe in it. I have been in a number of hypnotist shows. I have never volunteered because I don't care to,

With the number of things ive seen people do at these shows, it seems like an even bigger stretch of the imagination to think absolutely everyone is just acting/faking.

Totally fake. One has to allow oneself to be hypnotized.
