Yes. I’ve had a few encounters with ghosts when I was a kid

I am not sure what I believe. What I know is there was an unexplainable and terrifying interaction I had with an ouija board. I do not frick with any of it anymore.

No. They are the result of physical or neuro/psych phenomena occurring that the viewer doesn't understand, or they are full of shite.

I can explain it. The other person was moving it no matter how much they swore they weren't. If a piece of three cent plastic and cardboard were the only tools needed to contact the dead there'd be an entire field with academic rigor created to explore the afterlife with it. It wouldn't be a bunch of people at a sleepover who talked to some dizzy whore from 1804.

I understand the skepticism. However, even if the other person was just moving the piece, the questions I asked only I knew the answers to. It also started writing out my SSN. No one there knew any of the information that started coming out but me.

Then lights in half of the house went out due to some kind of short or something occurring with the water heater. After being freaked out and burning the board outside the lights came back on.

Like I said I do not know what I believe but I know what happened that night and I can not explain it.

So what do you think people are seeing? What about the videos and pictures? They can’t all be fake.

If it was a short with a water heater then the board had nothing to do with it.

A lady who worked for me some years ago claimed multiple encounters. She and her husband bought a great old home in a small town. They loved the place and were very excited when they got the home and moved in. As I recall, they'd been watching for the house to be put up for sale for a long time. From the very start, she claimed issues with it. At night, it sounded like someone was moving furniture or something in the attic, though there was nothing up there. They had the house checked out and nothing was found to cause the noises they'd hear.

She said they would get up at night to go and look around when they heard noises in the main house and saw figures moving around the foyer.

When the town had any sort of fireworks show, whatever it was became very active. She said her daughter was visiting on multiple occasions and her stuff she had in the bathroom would be relocated during the night.

Someone died in the house many years ago. I can't recall if there was a murder, suicide or what, but the figures seemed to match the people who lived there at the time.

She would come to work completely exhausted almost every day. It wasn't long after they moved into the house, that they moved out and put it up for sale.

She was a very stable normal person and long time employee of the business when this happened.

No, but something odd happened to me recently.

So I was driving down I95 the other week, and there was a hitchhiker on the side of the road, and I was in a good mood so I picked him up. He was carrying a massive bag that he could barely carry, so I helped him get it in the trunk.

After driving for a little while in silence, I decided to break the ice by saying 'so, I'm just wondering what is in that huge bag of yours?' And the guy replied 'mind your own fricking business.' I was shocked, so I didn't say anything else, and we carried on driving in silence.

After about another ten minutes, I couldn't handle how tense it was, so I said 'listen buddy, I didn't mean to offend you, I was just making conversation by asking what was in the bag' and to my surprise, he answered 'I told you already, mind your own fricking business.' At this point I'd had enough of his attitude, so I pulled over and told him to get out my car. Begrudgingly he got out, and I drove off. After a while I realized I still had his bag in the trunk. I've still got it, and I'm keeping it in the garage.

I don't know if I do or not and I can't say I've ever seen one. The only time I ever thought I saw a ghost I was very young and could have just been imagining things. It was night, the house was dark, I was scared and was crossing the hall to jump into bed with my parents. When I turned to look down the hall and toward the living room I thought I saw a face with glowing eyes staring back at me.

But, as I said, I was young and already scared because it was dark.

Another "possible" ghost sighting actually has more probability behind it. When I got older, we moved to another house in town with a wooden staircase leading to a downstairs garage. When I was home alone I would occasionally hear what sounded like footsteps running up/down the stairs. Everytime I would open the door to investigate there would be nothing there. I never said anything but some years later, after the parents had moved out of that house and relocated to Georgia, I found out that every other person in the family (mom, dad and sister) all swore they heard the exact same thing from time to time. We just never talked about it amongst ourselves in the moment.

This is a sore subject for me. My wife is from Thailand and over there it is common knowledge that ghosts do in fact exist, and it's not up for debate....

I personally think it's ridiculous, but I am an atheist so.....

The most real actual tree I ever saw grew one foot every 6 seconds as it came out of the headboard of my bed. I can close my eyes and see it today and that was 35 years ago.

Doesn't mean it exists.

I may have been on acid at the time.

I am starting not to believe in ghosts, because I have never seen one. I grew up on some property that was prime habitat to be haunted. Try.as I might I’ve never seen a single thing that I could even remotely interpret as anything supernatural.

I've posted about this before but people said it was
My imagination. About six years ago I was just falling asleep. Was sleeping on my stomach and my foot was six inches off the bed. Something grabbed my foot and yanked me out of bed. I figured it was somebody messing with me. I turned the lamp on and kneeling down was a black shape that dissipated after a second.

When I told this story before, I've had people say I was failing out of bed and I imagined it. The area is an attic turned into a bedroom. My daughter said something tried to push her down the stairs. There have been other things that have gone on.

If I had fallen out of bed, I would have needed more of my body weight hanging off the bed. I weigh 220. In all my life, I've never fallen out of bed. In this instance, it was like a slow fall. I was yanked with force and I was pissed. I have believed in ghost but never looked for them or scared of them. So when I turned on the light and saw that thing, I caused it out and went back to bed. Had to be up early for work. I've been told they feed of of fear. Haven't been bothered again. Believe it or don't. Don't really care one way or another
