Gas prices up, inflation, food and labor shortages, LSU Football sucks, etc. At least we have a cool front coming!!

My hometown ham producer has gone out of business, so I called my almost local ham and bacon man to see if I needed to place an order or could just drive in.
Here's the good news. Once Covid was known, that small company has had almost more business than they could handle. They aren't looking for restaurants to sell to and they have flourished by word of mouth. They've adjusted, and are keeping their people well employed and their customers happy.
