This. The leftists know that to change our society, they have to first break it down by creating chaos. They have nothing to lose by whatever tactics they choose because they just don't like America. Whether it's stealing elections with all these "mail-in" ballot proposals or other election changes, the left simply doesn't care because all they want is something different and they don't care how they get there.

I had a short conversation with someone about this on FB. He said he supported fully abolishing the police. He said, that everyday citizens should arm themselves. The citizens of the community should police themselves. The community citizens will have coalitions that hold people who commit crimes accountable. If they catch a rapist, and they want to put a bullet in his head, then they have the right to.

So I responded so you want a nation full of the McMichaels family from Brunswick, GA. Or better yet you are campaigning for the Purge to be real life. Except, not for 12 hours, but rather forever.

I still have not got a response back.

This kind of statement is the problem. The premise is so flawed that you cannot have a discussion about ‘change’. There’s no way to have discourse when we can’t even agree on what is actually happening. Your statement is simply not true. No way to move forward if that’s what someone truly believes going in.

Drumpf said he wanted to dominate protestors!

No, he didn't. He said he wanted governors to dominate the streets against rioters and violence

Yeah, well he used violent force to clear lafayette square!!!

Also been debunked

You're so blind and ignorant!!!!

The most American thing a state or city can do is decide how they spend their money. I fully support them regardless of my opinion.

I tried talking about this the other day and was called names. If we cut police funding it's going to hurt the poorer areas because better areas will pay for supplemental support.

How has this been “debunked?” Are you so far down the rabbit hole that you deny what you see?

It could likely lead to more dead as well. When you know the cops aren't showing up, you're more likely to go to the extreme to protect yourself and/or family/loved ones.

Let's give them 13% of the land mass and create a no crossing border. Then wave bye bye and watch their society rot from within. At times it seems that Lawlessness is built into the culture.

It would give the municipalities a HUGE tax break. Can you imagine Democrats wanting huge tax breaks?

Another reason this movement is a glass cannon.

Check out this stupidity I saw on Facebook from someone who wants to defund police:

"There won't BE crime because all that money that was invested into the police and invested into incarceration will be reinvested into the people. People won't have a reason to commit crime because they'll no longer be without the things they need."

Let’s go back to the days of the California Gold Rush, where you threw thousands of people into a fairly small area with almost complete lawlessness.

Thats exactly what they want. An easily weaponized force that isnt bound by any of the rules police have..

Posters are wrong. They dont want anarchy. They want 'peace officers' who are violent leftists with sole power as judge jury and executioner.

Things would get worse, but Trump’s call for police to “dominate” protesters, and the apparent willingness of police forces to follow that ridiculous policy, has in many places demonstrated that police forces can be the cause of violence in society, to the point that they appear to stand against the community. Why should the community support a heavily armed organized group which is attacking them? There is a constitutional right to assemble and protest. The constitution doesn’t protect looting, but it does protect assembly in public places. There are too many examples right now of police attacking peaceful assemblies. To the point, you are correct. We need a well run police force. But support quickly evaporates when police forces are not well run.

Nice “I agree with your underlying point, but let me throw in some troll bait“ post. One of your better trolls

Agree with that last part, but a true no-crossing border would really make many of our lives difficult.

I said "balkanization" because I think that's a good model. Croatia has a huge, crazy-looking border with Bosnia, Serbia, Slovenia, etc., and it's difficult to defend or police. It's straddled by extended families. That's what we're going to have to accept, but it doesn't mean we have to continue with this fiction of all living in the same country.
