Do you realize they dont just let chicken sit under warmers all day and night? They cook enough to last 15 minutes...

I feel like if I franchised a Popeyes, ran the daily operations, and could get like 2 decent employees, I could make a billion dollars at a location.

I should own a Popeyes franchise based on the money owed to me from them by fricking up my order. Happened to me yesterday. I ordered a 3 piece, get home and it’s 2 pieces.

It depends on what part of town the Popeyes is in. The closer to the ghetto the more spicy chicken they make. Popeyes is super racist and assumes white people want mild chicken.

My personal ideology is always go in to order food at any bone-in chicken joint. I eyefrick them while they are putting my order together. Plus if they aren't busy and there are only a couple of pieces of chicken on the racks I know I need to ask for fresh or just adjust my order to something else.
