When I was at St. Paul's there was a Mexican boarder who did this. He got hilariously fat and didn't really have the opportunity to buy new clothes. He was an arrogant little frick, too... kind of fancied himself a "lady's man," wore a lot of bad cologne, etc.
I think this person was probably the stupidest non-chromosomally-defective person I've ever met. (Another boarder I remember as a close second.)

It's insane I know people that take this stuff but yet refuse to do the basics like go to the gym or even change their diet for a caloric deficit. It's like somebody goes to the gym and instead of learning the basics just hops on test and var instead of eating right and learning training.

and 90% of the people on the OT critizing this medicine are the perfect candidates for the medicine. Go walk around at an LSU game or better yet...go to one of the TD tailgates and you will see. fatties everywhere complaining about other fatties taking a medicine to help them

well you were told wrong, maybe you should educate yourself before...just going by what you were told. there is this thing called google scholar that opens this whole world of information on scientific studies that allow you to educate yourself and not depend on others.
Wegovy is the higher strength version of the diabetic drug ozempic. it is a glp-1 receptor agonist that curbs appetite and controls insulin. It controls appetite by slowing gastric emptying, controlling hunger pains from insulin spikes, and suppression of the hormone ghrelin. This greatly reduces food noise.
its the opposite of the ghrh mk677 is used as the opposite, it forces the body to produce more growth hormone and ghrelin forcing underweight people to eat way more.
in general semaglutide drugs have been looked at for almost 2 decades now working their way slowly through trials. They will end up being miracle drugs. Very few side effects adn no serious sides for 99.99% of people.
also the drugs tend to punish you if you do not want to make a change in lifestyle. Want to eat sugary fatty foods....or super rich foods...medicine will have you shitting up a storm and make life miserable for you.
want to stuff yourself as fast as possible and just be a fat frick stuffing your face on things like huge plates of pasta....yea good luck with that. medicine will have you puking and shitting yourself so you stop being a dumbfrick.
now if we could just get everyone to lift weights we would be good.
