Not sure of a look, but mannerisms for sure. Fidgety, slightly clumsy, very fast talking etc etc. My cousin who made a perfect score on the SAT and a Cal Tech physics grad has all those traits, and I once asked him if it was me or if those mannerisms seem common in extremely intelligent people, and he agreed with me and said his classmates def were like that as well

That face has a mild hint of retardation. Poor guy, you almost feel bad for him.

I was in gifted classes when I was a kid, and there's no correlation between similar looks and intelligence. Though there was a surprising number of hot chicks in my high school gifted classes. I had one with 3 cheerleaders that were fine as hell. I'm pretty sure they had rich dads with trophy wives.

Reading this, I saw you asking him that question like this:

Damn, you just nailed me down. I like to joke that I'm the most athletic clumsy person you'll ever meet. I'm very fidgety, which has probably helped me before a better drummer, and I used to talk insanely fast as a kid, until speech therapy and puberty fixed that. Though I'll still talk fast if I'm excited.

My mistake, "full blown" retardation.

Jesus, I must be a retard. I speak at a glacial pace and have deliberate controlled movements.

The very smartest people are keenly aware of what they don't know. They are always watching, listening, and learning.
If you are trying to find the smart one in the room, you are very likely smart yourself. Why else would you care?
If you see someone listening more than talking, that's the dead giveaway. Lots of not-so-smart people sit there quietly... but smart people... they don't just sit there. They're actively learning. You can see it in their eyes.

Slack jawed, eyes too close together or far apart. Some have a distinct Cro-magnon look.

There's a theory out that the reason humans are the smartest of the Hominids is because they had smaller jaws. Smaller jaws means you need less jaw muscles, meaning you have more space on and around your skull since they don't have to attach as well.
So, the smartest Hominids had smaller jaw muscles leaving them room for their skull cavity to grow and have a bigger brain in there as well.
So, if you want to continue that trend, then intelligent people have a hard time eating meat.
