Not in a right-to-work state, or any other one really if the employer had a policy.
Nothing had changed about how the FDA regulates horse paste. Antivax lunatics went on and on about this a year or so ago saying how the FDA says doctors have “authority to prescribe ivermectin for Covid” which means absolutely nothing because doctors have “authority” to prescribe anything.
There was never anything at a federal level stopping doctors from opening a “horses r us” clinic, writing ivermectin scripts, and buying ivermectin and filling their own scripts.

The NIH spent almost $700 million in grants to Emory University to develop antivirals.They came up with molnuprivar,effective against Venezuelan Equine Encephalitis.
Merck got patents for it,was approved by FDA and U.S.(taxpayers)bought 2.2 billion dollars worth.
A course of treatment cost $17.74 to manufacture,U.S. paid $712 for a course of treatment.
It has proven to not be very effective against Covid(not as effective as ivermectin),majority of it is sitting unused in pharmacies the govt.dispersed it to.
The whole Covid/ ivermectin fiasco is infuriating.I sincerely hope all the principles of the MIC and Drs.that refused to step up and push back against the gov’t corruption burn in hell.
