The closest and easiest answer I can give you is Matrix, with human existence being Matrix 2.0.

Trust me...the number of people who believe this is kind of shocking. More so than anything else, I was stunned to learn this years ago having these discussions here. I had absolutely no clue this was mainstream thought until I started arguing about it here and then started doing more research on my own.

I mean...of course it's a bunch of posters here. As of 2017 38% of Americans say God created humans in their present form sometime within the past 10,000...and that number is the lowest it's been in 35 years!!!

Are you talking micro evolution deniers or macro evolution deniers?

I believe in adaptation.

But I’m not so sure two monkeys can frick and create a human.

The problem is, guys like Miller aren't common, even though their faith is not an issue for accepting evolution. these discussions start taking place and as soon as an atheist jumps in it seems to make it impossible for a religious person to stay focused and remain with the correct side that is fighting for teaching evolution. It's how you end up with Catholics spouting "intelligent design" thinking it means one thing when instead it has a VERY specific meaning, and it's not what they actually believe.

More younger Catholics tend to believe in evolution than not. Most subscribe to Miller's thought process regarding science.
It's mainly the fundamentalists and Protestant faiths that do mental gymnastics and claim the scientific community is lying in order to preserve their young earth belief. Don't get me wrong, there are plenty of Catholic tards too but the young earth bullshite is usually promulgated by fundies and Protestants.

The evidence is very flimsy for evolution. This homo erectus or whatever is extrapolated from like one broken tooth.
Carbon decay rate has been observed for about 100 years and is used to date in terms of hundreds of millions even billions of years. That’s a pretty thin slice, you could never get away with outside the religion of evolution.

Again- not sure of OP's beliefs, but he/she clearly doesn't understand the concept of Faith and/or the more evolved notion of God that the majority of modern Christians tend to hold

And see there in lies the problem with christian freaks like tigaybruh, faith vs science. Faith is fricking nothing. Science on the other hand uses experiments to better understand the world around us. Maybe some of the initial hypothesis are made from 'faith' but will eventually be decided upon by science. Science never knows everything, but inspires to do so.

So you got the evolution deniers pointing out "flaws/missing links" in our science, but will stick to their convictions through something immune to the scientific method, faith. Debating with these freak shows are useless. They already view us 'non believers' as being hell bound, so frick'em.

Doesn't matter and I don't care. There is only one judge and I am not Him.

Lol.

These are the types of people you're looking for OP. Do you really want to waste time arguing with that?

It has more evidence than almost any scientific Theory in history.
