Do decent looking people in relationships with ugly people know their SO is ugly?

I don't mean two obese trailer park uglies getting together, but someone who is decent looking or maybe a little below average marrying/dating someone who is just hideous. There is no way they actually think their significant other is attractive, right?

I couldn't have dated someone that I wasn't at least somewhat physically attracted to but I had to enjoy being around them first. You'll eventually get older and your looks will fade.
