I work with a Boomer that can't even print. That is infuriating to say the least. Don't even get me started on the concept of "copy and paste".

Then they complain & blame others for our company falling behind others in response times & job executions while remaining confident that it's not their fault due to the time it takes to deal with them & get answers out of them.
And then after they retire and everything gets miles better, they will take credit for teaching the lazy know-nothing millennials everything they knew.

this old head , had a hell of a problem going from slide rule and paper calculations to computer calcs. using punch cards. I was right, punch cards had about a 2 year tech life.
1987, bos put a PC on my desk and formed a local network to communicate faster. My reply was I already get 7-8 sticky yellow notes from him daily and I communicated that I could work faster if he used whole thoughts.

I helped transition several depts to Voip...nothing changed except logging into the phone and dialing/clicking answer button was now on the computer monitor. 97% had no issues but there were always a couple that just fought it bitterly. Eventually their own teammates started taking point on helping the "late adopters" with issues

I’ve had to show older coworkers how to use things like vlookup and pivot tables. It’s pathetic
