Do any of your co workers refuse to use updated technologies?

I have a co worker that basically refuses to make comments/Markups/edits on digital mediums like PDF or others. Everything is by hand.
Except now the only copy is that analog copy and only the person literally in possession of it can make the corrections when we regularly work collaboratively and rotate tasks. Especially during Corona when we are all in different places. And on top of that we have no record of the edits so we can track why certain things might have changed and when.
It’s incredibly infuriating as a younger employee that we are being inefficient like that as well as spending god knows what on printing so much paper.

Yes. About as bad as the employee who needs the best of everything even though he doesn't need it, understand it, or use it but he needs two of them.

My boss refuses to use the fleshlight he got during secret Santa last year.

We had a sales rep in his mid 70’s wouldn’t use email, his wife had to go to the local Kinkos and login on one of their public computers check his email, print out the ones that needed attention.
This went on for several years - he finally retired.
I was scared to ask what type of phone he was using.

I had a client one time who refused to use Microsoft Office. He loved Windows Live Essentials...which is discontinued. I had to find an old installation of it on majorgeeks.com to keep him happy.
Every time I would see him he would talk about how much money Bills Gates has taken from him and how much he hated the guy haha.

My dad still has a flip phone. I had a coworker who recently retired that didn't own a cell phone. He had a beeper though.

I have a friend that refuses to update his iPhone because he thinks Apple software updates will kill it.
Still walking around with a 7.

Yes I know people who make 6 figures a year who can't rotate a PDF.

Yes,
Yes, we've tried SharePoint, 365, even DocuSign and the Harvard grad cries actual tears, and then prints everything out, marks it up with a pen, and the takes a pic with her phone and text messages her edits as the department works remotely.
This one person with 17 years experience has caused 2 to leave since March already and I just gave them my notice.
Protected by "her people"....we had to reschedule a meeting because it was on a "high holiday" and we were being insensitive to her cult religion that sucks baby penises.

I think my wife had a 7 until about a month ago. All she does is Facebook, call and text. She doesn't really care about her phone as long as those 3 things work.

As am I. But its because Apple hasn't really dropped anything update wise that's been worth getting a whole new phone when mine is still perfectly functional with the current iOS.
