Stance 1: I’m amazed any late night talk shows still exist. It’s a dead format from a different time. So I’ll never be surprised when one gets cancelled.

Stance 2: UNLESS there seems to be some obvious pressure or alleged intervention from a federal organization, which I am always completely against no matter who is on the receiving end of the axe.

If that’s the case here, which it seems possible that it is, then yeah, no bueno.

The both sides do it so it’s everyone at fault speech. It’s bullshite. It’s always on the left. Or should I say 95% of it.

What a shame. Kimmel had one of the best late-night talk shows in history. Unbelievable what this country has come to.

You trolling right?

I figured it was only a matter of time for him when, during the NBA championship this year, he didn't have his stupid pregame show before each game.

You know what the problem was with him and that other moron Colbert? They made the show about them. People say late night is over and maybe so, but if you have good content people would still stream it. Like any other show. I am just picking a series.. Yellowstone. It came on at a certain time on a certain day. People watched, but it got a lot of streams. No one was staying up late or going out of their way to watch Kimmel & Cobert.

I used to like Dave Letterman. He never took himself too serious and past his monologue he used to let the guest have the show. He would of course ask the questions, but he took a "if I get them to talk more they become the entertainment approach".

With a good comedian a lot of people like, late night could be a streaming show that also is showed on TV every night.

It’s even worse than that, where they openly say that “Silence is Violence” which means in their fricked up minds that they have the right to physically assault you unless you’re an activist for their cause.
Words are violence and silence is violence.

Only the positions held by progressives aren’t violence.

I’m wondering who you think would even have standing in this hypothetical lawsuit?
Good question. Most probably the FCC. Less likely Trump himself, saying that ABC is damaging his reputation and that of his supporters.

Hell, like others have said: it could be that ABC is looking for a reason due to his poor ratings. Or, they could be trying to make a statement in an effort to rebuild their reputation as a politically neutral news broadcaster.

It should have been canceled for lack of viewers. Now they're making him a martyr. Am I happy he's gone? Yes. But you gave him too much ammo on his way out the door.

Stern didn’t mention the CK assassination last week. I interested to see if he defends Kimble Monday

Stern’s limited schedule of 2-3 days a week and then a week off are mind boggling in media.

In world where videos are cut and released in a break neck pace on social media and traditional media, Stern still feels comfortable doing limited shows every once in a while. That is part of the reason why SiriusXM was looking at canceling his arse. It was not because of his views or how controversial he is, it is because he is no longer the draw he once was. His content has gotten as stale as bag of chips passed the expiration date.

Wasn’t there a sitting Republican congressman justifying it?

What kind of MAGA "evidence" are they talking about?

His parents are conservative and he hunted as a kid. Ignore the fact that he was cut off by his parents, that he lived with a boyfriend that was transitioning.c and that he was a member of the communist reddits.

Your dumb bullshite example that the Woke and the media have been saying all week with the Minnesota Rep and her husband, not one Republican I can think justified them being killed.

Yeah. Nobody applauded that.

Also the left tried to falsely claim that guy was MAGA too when he was just a disgruntled former tampon tim staffer
