Disney pushes critical race theory on staff, teaches them to reject equality

Since Critical Race Hypothesis (it's not a theory) is such a hot OT topic lately, I thought this might be of interest.

Disney goes as far as justifying race riots as “a tipping point and heightened awareness of the movement.” Employees are instructed to reflect on how their race either gives or not gives them “access and advantage.” To that end the document claims everyone has a level of unconscious bias.
Earlier this year Mandalorian star Gina Carano was fired from Lucasfilm for social media posts that included messaging that urged for unity in our current state of political division.

CRT is the most vile and revolting thought process to hit this country, and those who adhere to it’s teachings are some of the most horrible people to ever walk planet earth. We are not far off from reaching 1966 Chinese Cultural Revolution level in the US. That’s what all this political indoctrination from all corners is for. The radical left progressives want radicalized youth. And they’re doing everything possible to bring it about. Everywhere young Americans turn now, they’re bombarded with radical leftist propaganda like “critical race theory”. It’s not by accident, it’s by design. And if the leftists succeed, there will be a bloodbath in this country within the next 10-20 years. And when it’s over, our country will be the equivalent of 1930s Soviet Russia or 1960s Communist China. That’s what the progressives want. That’s their ultimate goal. And they’re well on their way to achieving it.
