Get ready for a bunch of middle class and low income white people who look forward to their annual vacation to start losing their shite.

It’s going to be hysterical.

If you’re over the age of 10 and care about a log ride, it might be time to re-evaluate a few of your life choices.

Will Disney still open each day singing Zippity Doo Da or will that be banned because its from Song of the South?

A ride based historically on a movie that involved an African american is now being replaced with a movie theme with an African American lead. So unoriginal Disney, and dare I say racist!

it will be rethemed to star the characters from the 2009 animated film, "The Princess and the Frog," which features Disney's first Black princess.

Then next someone will claim that "The Princess and the Frog," represents a racist stereotype, so they will change it again to something non-black. Then someone will complain about the lack of diversity in Disney rides and how the children have no black role models to look up to. Disney will soon learn to never give in, its a no win situation.

Disney needs to expand their parks to add more capacity anyway. Should've just built a brand new ride themed to Princess and the Frog instead of rebranding one of their most iconic rides.

But apparently the South during Reconstruction had talking Rabbits, Foxes, and Bears.

Does anyone know where you can find this movie? I've heard so much about it but I have never seen it.

I wish Disney would just put it on Disney+ . I don't know if it's truly racist or not. But if your views have changed as a company just have that disclaimer out attached to the movie. Don't try to act like the movie never existed though.

Y'all are a bunch of dumbasses. Song of the South is set on a plantation in the Southern U.S. Most of them had no mountains or waterfalls and yet Splash Mountain is a classic favorite ride. Some of the interior scenery is already made to look like swamp. I think it would be fairly easy to switch to a Tiana theme and today's kids will relate to it much better.

I wonder if there's anyone out there who finds The Princess and the Frog to be offensive.

Maybe Tiana is a little too black or not black enough.

Anything can be offensive to some titty baby if you look hard enough.

This crap really needs to stop.

and the mountains and waterfalls will make much more sense with a cartoon that takes place in New Orleans. Uncle Remus takes place in Georgia. Yes, there are mountains in Georgia.
