The truth is it's 2 parent households. Go check out the single motherhood rates and each race and you'll find the higher rate of single motherhood the worse the outcomes are.

Asian 84% 2 parent households
White 77%
Latino 66%
Black 37%
The single mothers and lack of fathers caused it all. All races have poverty in certain populations. Only one race has crazy low 2 parent household rates. I have many well off black friends and every single one of them has kids by several different women. I give them hell about it too and they laugh it off but know I 'm right.

I'm not even suggesting that all poor black people are criminals. I know that's not the case. But there is a subculture that exists that celebrates things like having children out of wedlock, gang violence, murder, drug dealing etc.
This subculture is responsible for an outsized portion of violence in the US and the vast majority of violent crime in BR.
It's far more complicated than just pointing to poverty. Kentucky is the 4th poorest state in the country but they aren't anywhere close to having the highest murder rates.
