Usually, if that's the case, you let the staff know, and they will let you get off before others. No need to try to push people out of the way just because you want to get to the front.
I'm the type who, when we land, I stand up, stretch, move around, and start grabbing my stuff and putting it in my seat. While I'm up, I'll grab others around me if they need it.

I hate everyone equally that feels the need to stand in the aisle over my shoulder for 10 minutes. Getting to the front is actually the only rational reason to jump into the aisle as soon as it parks.

I can tell you one thing...when disembarking a plane, I've got 2 speeds. If she doesn't like the first one, she sure has hell won't like the 2nd one.
