The Italians told us they built small submarines to attack in shallow waters. They knew. They let it happen to garner support for war.

I'm a "liberal" but recognize that Democrats are basically doing everything we hated Republicans for back in the 2000's but in a 10x more dystopian way.

That's not what it says, it says people have used these narratives to commit terrorist acts which is 100% true.
It also mentions religious holidays and other events like 9/11 memorial events as events with higher rates of being affected by terrorism.
