What the frick is wrong with these two? I saw something the other night while watching the Saints game I think about these two not being able to come to an agreement. Why do we do this same gotdam song and dance every year it seems where they cannot agree on numbers? Football season is almost here and these two fricks wanna play chicken

Wafb should not be charging for something that is free over the air. Other than recouping any costs which I'm sure Directv is picking up. They are trying to make money on a free signal.

It's always just in time for football season.

I live near Jones Creek and can't get it with a HD antenna. I haven't bothered to run one in the attic or outside yet.

I'm in the sticks near New Roads. Is their even an antenna option for me, without spending crazy money?

It must be a bunch of Fox affiliates because WBRC in Birmingham is saying the same shite, again.

Waiting for Directv to just start including a free HD antenna with their satellite installs to avoid shite like this.

When I signed on with Directv. Local channels in HD weren't available so they installed an AM21 that integrates my antenna channels into the on screen guide and DVR. I been getting locals on Sat now for about 10 years but I keep the AM21/Antenna hooked up for bad weather and contract disputes.

This complaint is the only action you will take. They will eventually agree, maybe on your timeframe, maybe not. Either way, you will continue paying your DirecTV bill, and they know it.

Always makes me think of Whiteman Air Force Base. Wife and I were stationed there a couple years ago

The whole thing seems arse-backwards to me. Over the air stations should be grateful to have the various providers broadcast their programming. Assuming the providers would not pre-empt the station's advertising with their own like Cox does. WIN-WIN

Maybe you'll have better luck than me. Here's their suggestion

Unless this just got resolved Im not sure what youre talking about. I have directv and just turned on WAFB and its showing programs as usual. Am i missing something?

I have always wondered, whose actually the one responsible for the channel being in a blackout. Their messages always seem to point the finger towards the other company. Can anyone clarify without being TL:DR?

I bring an HD antenna to tailgate every year I get like 15 channels. Maybe your antenna needs to be replaced
