Leftists are the true white supremacists. I’ve been saying it for years.

She's a woke liberal white woman. Black people are always supposed to listen to them. They know what's best for black people.

To the first point, the act of a white person co-opting the identity performance of black expression embodies a pointed disrespect. The white person uses the black body (voice, attitude, expression) as a means to an end – for comedic effect.

It is comical to me to see stuff like that.
I can’t imagine going through life and trying so hard to always be a victim.
I just can’t seem to wrap my head around living life always looking for something to call racist

Surprise, Surprise
It’s ALWAYS some white, liberal scum behind racist garbage like this.
This is how the almighty woke and self righteous Savannah Pearlman felt after writing that “article”

And there you are! The 3W. “White Woke Woman” that is an Educator and I use that word lightly. Scourge of the earth.

I came here for a “wtf” but stayed for the black memes.....

My research interests in philosophy center on normative epistemology, prioritizing the testimony of marginalized people
"normative epistemology" - - Is that the same as "my truth" studies?
And, I'm sorry, Honey, but "prioritizing the testimony of marginalized people" MAY be something , but philosophy it ain't.
Does it involve determining who gets to speak first among marginalized people? Or rather putting marginalized people's testimony before non marginalized people, thus making the non marginalized people the new marginalized? Or maybe it's figuring out precisely in what order EVERYONE gets to testify.
This chick has a lot of work to do. She's basically God!

I don't think it's a huge problem, but I don't like it, either. Difficult to discuss anything online without shite devolving into a bunch of "finna" and "****," and you just know it's coming from suburban white kids (childhood extending to ~30 now).
Don't really care what Black people think about it, but I wish there weren't so many White kids who aren't comfortable in their own skin.

So a white person cant pay tribute to a funny black person by using his/her likeness?

I thought this was going to be about popular twitter accounts with "black voices" (type in ebonics) being run by pasty white weirdos.

I think part of the irony is a lot of people are using these memes to try to look cool or act approachable to minorities. I don't see it as disrespect. More of a form of tribute to feel like they fit in or are being more inclusive.

Or maybe black people are more expressive and funny on the whole. Either way I’m not giving up my Training Day gifs.
