My salary has gone up roughly 20% post COVID, but that was mostly due to a promotion.

I’m making $25-30,000 more than I did last year, but I’ve been with same company for 25 years. The longevity is starting to pay off.

I didn’t get a raise the Covid year in 2020 and got 4% a year every year afterwards.

The company I work for had a record profit year the Covid year

I did make up for that in my esop plan that year.

But inflation has not stopped. Prices are still going up because the Fed and government didnt do what needed to be done so the pain will last until Trump wins and actually fixes the problem.

I voted for Trump and will vote for him again but he spent just as much money as any democrat would. It’s the thing I dislike most about his presidency.

Everyone that says they got up to a 20% raise since COVID timeframe due to a promotion are all making the same as before the raise with more responsibilities

Use the inflation calculator on line to really piss you off.

No, in fact our benefits have been reduced and no cola either. If i wasn't a year from retiring, I would

Military? Being in Northern California with $5 gas. $750K housing, $20 minimum wage, and highest utilities in the country under PG&E mixed with water shortages driving that price high and receiving no cola is fricking insane.

And anyone who says they didn't get a 20% raise is getting paid less than they were before while still performing the same responsibilities. Which would you prefer?
