There was a guy who lived alone down the street from my mother, he was a highly functional person with Asperger’s, who was also a hoarder.
Something fell on top of him and he died of heart attack in the house. His neighbor hadn’t seen him in a while and he could smell something rotten coming from the house, along with seeing flies in the window. He called JPSO for a well fair check and they found his rotting corpse. Worst part was, his dog had been eaten some of him because he wasn’t being fed obviously.

Could be. Lakeview seems to be mostly conservative, but there is a smattering of unhinged lunatic left wing virtue signalers (BLMers, people with 80 bumper stickers on their sh*tbox car, etc.).
It's usually either people who inherited one of the older 1950's houses that they don't/can't keep up (maybe the 600 pounder and mother) or a UNO Sociology professor type renting in a run down multi-family unit. The latter is the type that dresses up their young daughter up in a "Ban Male Podcasts" t shirt at the City Park Farmers market.
They're pretty much a screeching vocal minority that make the neighborhood a worse place.
