the officer can sue the taser manufacturer for not including a warning about deploying next to gas pump

I think our Taser company did specifically warn against that. And not using it when the subject is in standing water

Definitely covered in training. Of course any flammables, certain chemicals, volatile substances and common sense.

I feel badly for it, but YouTube videos and cop TV, has negatively affected my opinion of cops.
Cops, Jail, game wardens, etc. I do like the Arkansas State Police car chases though.
