most of my experience with Lesbians that actually own a house and are together long term, are pretty chill.
it's the blue haired ones that are only lesbians because no guy shows them attention that get pissy about everything.

The female has already gotten a divorce since I have been here and this is the second marriage. She can get very bitter I have been defriended on Facebook by her. Btw I liked her first husband/he she alot better but she moved after the divorce.

i'll amend my first statement to say, girls i know that were open lesbians in their 20s and aren't don't have the transition to become dykie manhaters after their mental breakdown in their 30s (e.g. Renee Good, Rosie O'Donnell) later on seem to be chill.
in 2015 right after Obergefell, we encountered a lesbian couple on their honeymoon in Riviera Maya and enjoyed hanging out with them all week. they knew we were staunch Baptist, but really enjoyed talking through things. both good looking girls in their late 20s, but had been out for a while.
a young lesbian military couple moved in around us and we were both runners and I kept giving her a hard time about trying to snipe my Strava KoMs. chill.
but the lesbians that get jilted and then become overweight bulldykes are the worst.

There is a Lesbian couple across the street from me. One is butch and the other is just plain but personable. They never bother anyone and keep to themselves. They keep a lawn service and a tree service company busy so I appreciate that.
I have said, "how are you guys doing?" many times and they stop to chat. I don't think it even registers as a derogatory comment with them.

no. "you guys" is acceptable regardless of gender mix and is the non-Southern version of "y'all"
