My wife (no pics) absolutely insists on putting knives and forks blades up in the dishwasher so you have to avoid getting yourself stabbed when unloading.

That and then you touch the utensil with your hand to unload. I don't care how clean your hand is, it's stupid for multiple reasons to do it that way.

You would have thought I discovered relativity when I started grouping utensils in the baskets so you didn’t have to sort them when you take them out.

Had a good friend slice the tendon of her right thumb. Had to have it surgical repaired. If this happened to me id have to close my damn office for several weeks. Explained this to my wife all the time. She has not one care and looks at me like I'm possessed. A home economist taught her and her mom. The Home Economist knows best!! Im like great you are now the dish washer queen. If you change your mind i will gladly help you with it.
