No. She's not black.
She's definitely hot, anyone that says otherwise is blind or a liar. She was smoking hot back in the late 90's when she sang at the Caterie all the time. I had her in a class at LSU and she was fine as wine.
About the crazy, well I saw her flip the hell out one time when her now ex husband took her cell phone and ran off with it, I guess to check it for pictures or text or something. They were setting up for an acoustic gig they were doing and the next thing I know she's screaming at the top of her lungs that he stole her phone and the call the cops blah blah blah. She ran out the place chasing him down the street like a raging lunatic. I guess she was guilty of whatever he was accusing her of and she knew she was about to be caught. It was a pretty funny thing to see happen.

She's been a fixture in the South Louisiana cover band scene since the late 90's. Allison Collins Band is one of the most successful cover bands and has been for what feels like forever. She can sing, but this song stinks and the video is even worse.

To be fair, I don't think her goal was to write a song that would hit #1 on the charts or anything. It just seems like something she was having fun with and it does target certain types of people. If people are gathered at a friends house on a Sunday watching the Saints and after the game.. Everyone has been drinking and the Saints won.. It can be "catchy".
And as for as her personality, etc, etc. What type of person do yall expect her to be?
