Way too early to definitively say this. He hasnt reached the stage where he is grossly unattractive. If he is still operating this way in those days, I would say yes. But he still has plenty of time in his life to turn into a simp as many old washed up guys do.

I once pulled off a practical joke.
I had been dating a girl who was two years younger than me. At the time I was 25 and she was 23 (and in fact about to turn 24).
But like some girls, she looked younger. Much younger. I didn't date her for that, she was just flat out pretty, nice and very very smart (we broke up but she is now a medical researcher - we remain friends, her husband is one of my business partners and I am godfather to her eldest son).
She had a wicked sense of humor (like me, its what I liked about her) and so we asked out to a bar an old friend of mine, someone who had pulled quite a few over on me, I owed him big. I had not seen him in quite a few years and it seemed like a good chance to catch up.
But I had a plan.
So we go to a bar and of course my then gf gets carded, but no problem. TWO forms of ID she always carried.
My buddy then shows up and when drinks are ordered the girl just asks for "cola with ice" because "she has never drunk" (a part of the joke, in fact she could hold her own just fine).
She shyly sits next to me then I go to the bathroom (this is all set up).
To be polite my friend asks my GF "so what do you do or study" presuming she is in college? My gf acts confused. He goes, I mean, what is your, you know, major, math, biology, politics, history, what? She says "all of that". My friend is confused and goes, what do you mean, all of that what is your college and my gf goes "oh no no, 11th grade".....
My buddy pauses and asks - how old are you? She says 17. My buddy asks "how long have you two been dating" she says "three and a half years".
He goes quiet. Just then I come back and in a moment or two she goes off to the ladies room.
He glares at me, chugs his beer in one gulp and says;
"It's always the quiet ones".
