Screw that. No mandatory sentence length. Mandatory death.

"involving children and animals." That right there earns you instant death.

At the bare minimum these cocksuckers shouldn’t be able to PC, ever.

They can cell together but they should be mandated to be on the yard.

He was active on the trigger finger deleting those that trolled him, but amazing that dude was posting like business as usual…even posting things about his great comeback and not being held down with his sentence still looming. I had even heard about him telling people it was only a little bit like that makes it somewhat ok.

Has it ever been really verified pedos get taken care of in prison or is it just something we all repeat hoping that’s where justice is served ?

At minimum he should never be allowed to have any devices that aren’t monitored when he gets out. Sorry but no one just dabbles in kiddie porn, that’s your thing, and you’re just a sick frick that forfeits your right to certain privacies

US Supreme Court says no. Louisiana had a law that allowed death penalty for 12 and under. Supreme Court struck it down.

This is wild to me. You'd think someone in his position would have deleted social media and never gotten back on it again.

100%

Although I fear saying too much as someone in law enforcement myself, there's certain crimes that one cannot simply "rehab" from. Child abuse, pedophilia, bestiality, basically any rape or sexual abuse crime, and assault/murder of police officers or others in authority.

These are traits that are engrained in a sick mind and cannot be cured by any length of time in prison. These people should simply cease to exist in our organized society, as they committed crimes that can't be explained away with a bad situation or misunderstanding, a moment of extreme passion, etc.

There's even murderers that killed someone at a young age and grew to be productive members of society at an old age, although that's rare. You never see the types that commit crimes against children, possess child pornography, or sexual crimes against women "rehabbed". Same with those that assault or murder police officers, time in the penitentiary only ramps up that hate and anger further.

In short, not all crimes are created equal and we need to have a seriously tough conversation as a country when it comes to applying the death penalty.

Is it true that those convicted of crimes involving children are at high risk of being assaulted in prison? Will he be treated harshly in there?

Yes, they are very high risk to be assaulted. The problem is they PC and single cell away from the action.

If you are a high value pedo some gangs have been known to send young recruits with light sentences to the PC yard to do a stabbing aka “make their bones”.

You won’t hear about this all the time on tv, the guards don’t gaf about the pedo scum.

I believe it depends on the state. Some will segregate them, others won't but will charge inmates with a form of a 'hate' crime for attacking them.

I had jury duty yesterday and got released because several cases reached plea deals. I would have liked to be in on this one.

Nobody wants to hear this, but we need more funding for prisons and more prisons/bed space in general.

We would have more room if it weren't for the non violent drug offenses.
