It would be faster if they would just ask this new witness to tell the court everything he does know/remember.

I do this for my company as well. Get deposed serval times a year and court trial testimony 1-2 times a year.

It was stressful the first time because I didn't know what I was walking into. The 2nd time it was annoying because the council was very unprofessional (making faces, jumping all over the place during my responses, one time threw up her hands and dropped papers) to the point my company attorney called her out on it and we almost walked out.

Not sure I would want to keep doing it, but it was an interesting experience. It also gave me an opportunity to learn a lot more about the company, outside of what I would normally be exposed to, which is giving me an opportunity to expand my role ($$$)

First time I have seen video of Floyd resisting. They have been very careful to crop around that before.

Anyone else notice he is already going to his knees and crying out as soon as he got handcuffed? That is significant to me that he is either already faking distress or is actually in distress well before anyone knelt on him.

He's going to be found guilty of second-degree manslaughter. I think it's inevitable no matter how good the defense is.

I think he had practice, was posted on here that he had almost an identical scenario between him and a cop not too long before this one, I believe the prosecution was able to suppress and it can't be brought up in trial
