Absolutely, which is why the overcharge on the 3rd degree murder was such a misstep by the State. The state, and country, will burn once he is found not guilty on that charge even if he's found guilty on another.

I don’t recall..... IMO the cop should be found guilty and spend time in prison. But Floyd was fricking wasted at the time all this happened AND broke a law in which is why the cops were called in the first place. Take that for what it’s worth....... newsflash::::::::: STOP BREAKING THE LAW.......
